The perception of time is not as having a memory, but as being the fourth dimension, as traversable as the other three (given our learning of just how to do so).2D beings existing on a 2D plane (like a piece of paper), would not perceive (or understand if they did) the third dimension. Speaking of time travel is only as nonsensical to us as travel in the third dimension is to the 2D beings- taking into account that we know the third dimension’s existence as science fact.

He said “megawatts of energy”… watt is a unit of power, not energy. Also, If people went back in time and “created” a new universe, that would not change our universe in any way whatsoever. Every other universe is already there anyways!
